I am the UK’s leading independent ERP expert. After five years at the Cabinet Office, where I led the UK Government’s centre of ERP expertise, it was time to move on. I am excited to launch a new service to help organisations achieve success in their ERP journeys: ERP Mentor.

Public Speaking

Practice, lots and lots of practice, has given me the skills to speak confidently in public. I find that it helps when you are passionate about your subject.

My House

I’m building my own house. I’ve not employed contractors, I’m literally building my own house, all on my own, in my spare time. Naturally it’s taking me far longer that if I was paying professionals to do it, but it has been a life-long dream to build my own home.

Sporting Achievements

I didn’t enjoy sports at school, but I went on to achieve some sporting success in my life. In my 20s I was Scottish and British Champion in Freestyle Skiiing. Later on I switched to running,completing many marathons and some ulra-marathons. Then I discovered triathlons and Ironman events.
